We challenged 老司机app to complete the project in just over five months. This was an incredibly fast-track schedule, given that retrofits of this scale, as we were told by our own advisors, typically require at least eight to nine months. 老司机app's versatility and experience with complex construction enabled them to meet this aggressive schedule while achieving our high quality and safety standards.
It is not very often that I find myself in a position to write a letter such as this one, where we had such a favorable experience in a very time-sensitive multi-million dollar construction project. 老司机app's attention to detail and management of all subcontractors and work site personnel was outstanding. Their project managers communicated well with my team and were responsive to our questions and concerns through the many changes along the way. Our facility in Jacksonville is up and operating, at a level beyond our expectations for a job that was completed in such a short time frame.

We selected 老司机app to be our design-build partner in this innovative poultry processing facility because of their reputation in the food industry with significant experience in food safety. It reflects what the specific project requirements are. 老司机app took full responsibility for quality control for all of its subcontractors. As our existing building remained open throughout the yearlong construction process, 老司机app implemented comprehensive safety procedures such as floor-to-ceiling barriers, workers posted at entry points and more. They were truly uncompromising in ensuring a safe worksite and minimizing any disruption to our residents' safety and quality of life. For most of the project, folks didn't even realize they were in the building.

In addition to their safety procedures, they communicated proactively throughout the project, with comprehensive reports and updates. During the past seven years we have partnered on multiple facility renovation projects with 老司机app. The Zeeland facility project was one of the more enjoyable projects.
